Jake Paul is doubling down on his support for Donald Trump, recently squaring up with the former president at an event and urging his followers to vote for Trump in the upcoming election. The 27-year-old social media star, who has become increasingly vocal about his political stance following the July 13 assassination attempt on Trump, had a one-on-one moment with Trump at the Bitcoin conference in Nashville. In a playful interaction, Paul pretended they were about to fight, but there’s no animosity between the two.

Paul took to Instagram, where he has 26.7 million followers, to encourage his audience to vote, making it clear that he supports Trump over Kamala Harris. “We need Trump to knock out all his opponents on Election Day to save America from more unnecessary wars, the woke agenda, and preserving freedom of speech,” Paul said.

Trump has been spending time with the Paul brothers recently. He appeared on Logan Paul’s “Impaulsive” podcast in June, and Jake and Logan discussed their political views in a recent episode of the podcast. They mentioned they would spend millions to buy the hat Trump was wearing during the assassination attempt at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Jake Paul called Trump’s survival an act of God, tweeting, “When you try and kill God’s angels and saviors of the world it just makes them bigger. Good beats evil every time.” He further expressed his belief in Trump’s ability to bring peace and prosperity, saying, “I pray for peace and prosperity for the world and I believe Trump gives us the best chance at that. He kept us out of wars. Hundreds of thousands of innocent people have died in Ukraine and Gaza. We need Trump.”

The assassination attempt on Trump has only intensified Paul’s support. On July 13, Trump was rushed off stage at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, after the attempt on his life. Following the incident, Paul was vocal on social media, describing Trump as a protector and leader chosen by God.

Despite some criticism, the Paul brothers’ endorsements carry weight. They are among the most influential figures on social media, with a massive following that listens to their opinions. Jake Paul’s endorsement of Trump highlights the intersection of social media influence and political advocacy, illustrating how modern influencers can impact political discourse and voter behavior. With their significant reach, the Paul brothers continue to play a notable role in shaping public opinion and political support, particularly among younger audiences.

As for Jake Paul’s next fight, the social media star’s involvement in the political sphere has not overshadowed his boxing career. Fans and critics alike are eagerly awaiting announcements about his upcoming bouts, which could further influence his public profile and the political conversations he’s involved in. With the 2024 election approaching and Trump’s campaign gaining momentum, Paul’s support and the crossover of his boxing career and political advocacy will likely remain a topic of interest.
