Known for her remarkable talent in recreating popular items from scratch, Nara has amassed a massive following of 8.5 million on TikTok. In her viral video, she demonstrated the process of crafting Coca Cola entirely from homemade ingredients for her husband, Lucky Blue Smith, also a well-known model.
Married since February 2020, Nara and Lucky share three children: Rumble Honey, Slim Easy, and Whimsy Lou Smith, while Lucky has a daughter named Gravity Blue with model Stormi Bree.
Social media users worldwide were astonished by Nara’s ability to replicate Coca Cola, with some speculating that she might have uncovered the secret recipe. The video quickly gained traction, showcasing Nara’s meticulous step-by-step process.
Nara begins by creating caramel sugar, combining water and sugar and heating it until it reaches the hard crack stage. After cooling and breaking the caramel into pieces, she moves on to zesting oranges, lemons, and limes, and grinding a blend of spices including nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, rose hip, lime leaves, and coconut into a fine powder.
The next steps involve combining water, various sugars, the zested citrus, citric and malic acids, and the caramel sugar in a water bath, simmering the mixture for approximately ninety minutes. After straining the concoction through a fine mesh strainer and chilling it in the fridge, she mixes the Cola syrup with sparkling water to achieve a flavor remarkably similar to that of Coca Cola.
